The services behind DNM.
Third parties involved in DNM's licensing, payments, website and support, and the information each handles. DNM does not automatically upload your documents for naming.
Our role, and why it is an unusual one
DNM processes your files, filenames, folders and Recovery Vault history on your device. It does not automatically send that material to Falcrex. If you choose to send examples, attachments or logs through support, that submission is handled under our Privacy Policy and by the relevant support providers.
We do handle a small amount of personal data to run the business, such as the email tied to your licence, your billing record, and anything you send us in a support message. For that data Falcrex is a controller in its own right, not a processor acting on your instructions.
DNM processes documents locally. If your procurement process needs privacy or supplier paperwork, email privacy@falcrex.com and we will work through it with you.
Sub-processors
These are every third party that can touch personal data connected to DNM. This list is the current one and we update it here when it changes.
Website measurement consists of Cloudflare's cookie-free performance service and, only after you opt in, Google Analytics 4. Google measures visits to public marketing pages using browser, device and connection information and analytics cookies. We do not send form contents, filenames, naming-tool input, license keys or customer and payment details to Google. Advertising consent stays denied. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to reject or withdraw consent; the Privacy Policy explains cookie durations and your choices. We do not use advertising, CRM or newsletter tools on this website. The desktop-app data flows described here are unchanged.
What DNM does not automatically send
- The contents of your files
- Your file names or folder paths
- Your naming standards or Recovery Vault history
- Anything the local OCR reads
- Usage telemetry about what you rename, when, or how
Where data is handled
Falcrex Systems Inc is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The personal data described above may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where these providers operate. Each provider publishes its own sub-processor list and data-location documentation, and where safeguards for international transfers are required we take reasonable steps to apply them.
